Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide unique products and a positive shopping experience.

No Returns for Online Purchases
We do not offer returns on online purchases that are shipped. All sales are final. (Due to our small size it is difficult to process returns).

Exchanges for Local Pick Up
If you chose the local pick-up option, we can offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided you present your receipt.

No Refunds For Events or Workshops

Due to the time, effort, cost of creating events and workshops and limited seating, we cannot issue a refund.  All event and workshop sales are final, even in emergency situations.  We will only issue refunds if we decide to cancel the workshop.

All Cancellations of attendance must be notified through email. 

We can't move you to another class if you can't attend the class you signed up for.

*As a small business and due to limited seating, we cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
